Bull-Betts Decor Ltd Terms and Conditions

Contract Agreement

By accepting our quotation, you enter into a contract with Bull-Betts Decor Ltd

and agree to the terms below

Quotations

• We provide written quotations including specifications, timescales, and

payment terms

• Quotations are valid for 28 days. After this period, a new quotation may be

issued

Payment Terms

• A 20% deposit is required to secure baking date

• Staged payments depend on job duration and are agreed upon before work

commences

• Invoices are provided for all payments

• Full balance is due on completion of works

• Clients must agree to the terms and fulfil their payment obligations

Additional Works

• Any additional works or changes to specifications are considered extra and

must be agreed upon in writing

• A quotation for additional woks will be produced before commencing

Unknown Eventualities

• We address unforeseen issues (e.g., construction methods, decay,

damage, force majeure) as reasonably as possible to uphold our

commitment

Access

• Quotations are provided on the assumption of free and uninterrupted

access during normal working hours (8am-5pm, Monday-Friday)

• Work areas should not be accessible to pets or children for safety reasons.

If access is required, we will secure the area as best as possible

• We require access to electrical power, water, and toilet facilities during

working hours.

• If the property is in a parking-controlled area, parking permits must be

provided for the duration of the works. Any parking fines due to lack of

permits will be the client’s responsibility and added to the final invoice

Practical Arrangements

• We agree on practical arrangements with the client to minimise disruption

and ensure efficient work

Preparation

• Work areas must be clear of removable furniture, appliances, fixtures,

fittings, and vehicles before work begins

• Bull-Betts Decor Ltd can assist with clearing areas if prearranged and

supervised by the client. However, we are not liable for any damage during

this process

Surface Protection

• We will protect surfaces with coverings or sheeting to prevent damage or

contamination. Additional protection for specific items will be agreed upon

and charged accordingly

Rubbish Disposal

• Disposal of rubbish accumulated through works will be the responsibility of

the client to dispose of, with the exception of sharps (scraping and

wallpapering blades)

Standards and Subcontracting

• We work to industry standards and will subcontract only to trusted

professionals

Other Contractors

• If other contractors are involved, we reserve the right to reschedule if

delays occur. Costs will be clarified with the client

Deadlines

• Strict deadlines must be communicated at the time of scheduling to ensure

feasible programming

Cancellation Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable. However, cancellations with sufficient notice

will be considered on a case-by-case basis

• A minimum of 28 days must be given as notice for cancellation, otherwise

charges may apply
